Organised by the World Femme Parliament (WFP) under the theme "Women-Led Development: Empowering Her, Transforming Nation," the dialogue was held under the guidance of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, the Ministry of Culture, and the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The platform brought together entrepreneurs, education leaders, healthcare experts, policymakers, and changemakers to explore solutions for inclusive growth through women-led leadership, innovation, and collaboration.

As the Founder and CEO of Rapture Biotech, Mayank Raj Bhardwaj has played a transformative role in India's biotechnology ecosystem by bridging the gap between academic education and industry requirements. Since founding the company in 2011, he has built one of India's leading biotechnology skill development and bioservices organizations, helping create a future-ready workforce for the life sciences sector.
