Association of professional hoteliers

POYD leader (Association of Professional Hoteliers) Ulkay Atmaca said Turkey was thrilled to be the country to host so many visitors this year, especially as the whole world is struggling with COVID-19. He said that reaching the figure of 2.5 million tourists is extraordinary because many facilities were closed and international flights were suspended until about three months ago.

Tourist safety in Turkey

Turkey has taken drastic measures to ensure that all tourists who choose to visit Turkey are assured that they will be safe and that their health comes first. This was great for tourists visiting the country, but it was also crucial that the health of resort employees was just as important.
